ROCFIT HEATCAMP
Heatcamp is designed to keep you on your toes! With new workouts every session, each class is structured to challenge you and keep your body guessing. These 1-hour, total-body workouts combine cardio and strength-training, giving you the maximum burn for your buck!
The ROCFIT community prides itself on encouraging and motivating others, so whether you’re coming alone or with a friend, we’re all bringing the heat together.
